Gentlemen and Ladies,
Please accept this final report on the 04 Festival.Paid attendance was down a little from last year and total attendance was down. Gross income was down, and T-shirts and entertainment increased expenses.

$ 4,104 Net Income Edie and I will donate $396 to make a nice round $4,500 donation to charity.

The first $500 goes to Vietnam Veterans Against the War. Their dedicated volunteers humping beer into the hall impressed all the brewers, as usual.
$150 goes to Vietnam Veterans of America #324 for running the cash raffle. $100 will be sent to Rev. Robert Giese to be donated to his favorite charity. Leaving $3750 which will be divided evenly with $1875 going to My Lai projects to be distributed as they see fit, and $1875 to the Library of Vietnam Project
Next year I hope to increase presale tickets, and the homebrew contest will be started earlier. I expect this and other efforts will increase attendance. I am looking forward to a bigger, more successful, and hopefully more profitable festival next year.
Mark your calendar - March 12, 2006.

Sincerely,

John Zutz
