Gentlemen and Ladies,
Please accept this final report on the 07 festival. All income brackets were down a bit from last year and expenses were up, though we saved a bit on the hall by buying less food (and then the food ran out).
As with most events, the tale of the festival is told by following the money. Estimated attendance was 600. The body count is as follows:

$ 12414 Gross Income

$ 6205 Net Income Edie and I will donate $295 to make a nice round $6500 donation to charity.
The first $500 goes to Vietnam Veterans Against the War. The dedicated volunteers humping beer into the hall impressed all the brewers, as usual. $200 goes to Vietnam Veterans of America #324 for running the cash raffle. $100 will be sent to the Extremely Reverend Dan Moeller to be donated to his favorite charity. $100 goes to the Fidler Post Color Guard. Leaving $5.600 which will be divided evenly with $2,800 going to My Lai projects, and $2800 to the Library of Vietnam Project, to be distributed as they see fit.
I am looking forward to a bigger, more successful, and hopefully more profitable festival next year. There may be big changes so watch the web page – http://www.milwaukeebeerfest.com
Sincerely,
John Zutz
