THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING 2011 MILWAUKEE BREWFEST

We’d like to extend a special thank you to all of those who attended the 2^nd Annual Milwaukee Brewfest this past Saturday!  It was a sell-out crowd and we were happy to see so many people come together to share our common love for craft beer. 

For those who attended last year, we learned from our mistakes and made sure that there were plenty of beer, bathrooms, and pint glasses.  With that mission accomplished, we learned this year that we need to make further alterations in the coming years. We have already begun designing a different layout for the entrance so that designated lines are made clear and the entrance of VIP ticketholders is not affected by the pre-scan of general admission ticketholders.  We realize that VIP ticket holders that didn’t arrive before general admission pre-scan were stuck in line when the gates opened at 2pm.  In an effort to make it up to these ticketholders, we kept the VIP beers pouring much later than announced. 

Another change we will be making for the 2012 Milwaukee Brewfest will be the addition of locations offering water.  We understand that there were too few locations and that these tents were not clearly marked.

We continue to learn from your feedback and will make every effort to make this the best festival in the Midwest.  We certainly couldn’t ask for a better city than Milwaukee to host this event and can’t wait to do it all over again.
